Head of Technical Support – Mobile Forensics

At Compelson, we develop technology that helps protect lives—and we're looking for a new Head of Technical Support to lead our international support team.

What We Do and Why It Matters

We are Compelson, a Czech software company with a unique mission. Our products, including the globally recognized MOBILedit, help law enforcement agencies investigate data from mobile devices and solve serious crimes—from terrorism and crimes against women and children to illegal wildlife trafficking.

We develop our own products rather than custom software. Our primary customers are government organizations and law enforcement agencies. From our headquarters in Prague, we serve customers in more than 160 countries worldwide and are proud recipients of the Exporter of the Year award.

What You'll Do

• Lead a small international team of technical support specialists.

• Coordinate the team's daily work, set priorities, and ensure our users receive fast, high-quality support.

• Work closely with our software development team to test and improve product features.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of new functionalities.

• Oversee testing of our applications across a wide range of mobile devices.

• Maintain technical documentation and continuously improve support processes.

• Represent our technical solutions by delivering product demonstrations, leading online meetings, and hosting webinars for partners and customers around the world.

• Collaborate with our sales team by providing technical expertise during customer meetings and presentations. Occasional international travel may be required, but it is not a regular part of the role.

Who We're Looking For

• You have advanced knowledge of mobile technologies.

• You're confident working with Windows, and installing drivers is second nature to you.

• You communicate comfortably in English with both customers and international colleagues.

• You have strong organizational skills and enjoy leading and supporting a team.

• Experience managing people or coordinating technical support in an international environment is an advantage.
