We are Compelson, a leading European technology company, and we are excited to offer an opportunity to join a globally successful team. Compelson is expanding its presence in India and is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the enterprise and public-sector technology space.

Where Can You Make an Impact with Us?

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle across assigned regions, representing Compelson in India, and building long-term partnerships with key customers and channel partners.

Your work will cover:

  • Owning the complete sales cycle across assigned regions.

  • Identifying and engaging target accounts, delivering demos and PoCs, managing tenders/RFPs, and closing deals.

  • Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPIs.

  • Building and managing indirect sales channels, including system integrators and resellers.

  • Developing account plans, maintaining CRM, and delivering accurate monthly forecasts.

  • Representing Compelson at evaluations, events, and customer meetings.

  • Operating both independently in the field and collaboratively as part of a newly formed local sales team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise or public-sector technology sales in India, ideally with exposure to DFIR, mobile forensics, or cybersecurity tools.

  • A dependable team player with the ability to work independently in the field.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical stakeholders (labs) and procurement decision-makers.

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum, preferably NFSU/LNJN or MBA.

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).

  • Based in New Delhi / NCR and willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
