What You Will Do

• Field Engineering & Pre-Sales: Travel globally to provide technical expertise during sales meetings, product demos, and international conferences.

• Product Evolution: Work closely with our R&D and Development teams to translate client feedback into new product features.

• Expert Support: Provide high-level technical support to users navigating complex mobile forensic challenges.

• Technical Content: Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation and materials for business presentations.

What We Are Looking For

The Essentials:

• Technical Mindset: Deep curiosity about how software and hardware interact.

• Windows Mastery: Solid understanding of Windows OS environment and driver management.

• Communication: Fluent English is a must; you should be comfortable explaining complex tech to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

• The Traveler’s Spirit: A genuine willingness to travel abroad (Europe, Asia, Americas) to represent the brand.

The "Pro" Skills (Huge Plus):

• Mobile Power-User: Experience with Android rooting, iOS jailbreaking, or bootloader unlocking.

• Forensics Interest: Familiarity with mobile technologies or digital investigation tools.

• Experience: A background in technical support, pre-sales, or testing is highly valued.
